Both an exciting, and understandably, anxious time for both the parents and students, studying in the UK is something that needs full and proper planning.
The most common route taken by parents of prospective students in Hong Kong, is to engage the service of education consultants and agents to help with the selection of, and application to, the chosen educational institution; they will also assist their clients to make the T4 visa application for the client.
Whilst we work with a select number of these on a case by case basis when they have problematic visa applications, we are also often approached by parents and students who know they have a specific issue that may potentially jeopardise the visa application process.
Do I need to use an immigration specialist service?
In the majority of cases it will not be necessary to use services such as ours. However, where you know there are obvious issues of a legal or private nature that may have negative implications, sound advice from a specialist and their assistance could be a deciding factor for the student's successful visa application.
Our service is extremely useful when parents for young children wish to secure a visa so that they may not only accompany the child, but ultimately stay in the UK whilst the son or daughter is attending school; this is known as the Parent of a T4 Child visa.
Sound advice and service
So whether you just want peace of mind from a specialist overseeing all aspects of a visa application, or you know of potential problems when the application is made, or you are planning on making a application for a parent visa; you will benefit from our service.
