A Schengen visa is issued by a Schengen State to those visa nationals needing to transit through or stay in any of the Schengen States for a period of no more than 90 days in any 180 days period ("short stay visa"); or transit through the international transit areas of airports of the Schengen States ("airport transit visa").
Who needs a Schengen visa?
Any national of a country that appears on this list would need to make an application at the designated office, which may be at a Consulate or through a visa application centre (VAC), here in Hong Kong. Not all Schengen states have a presence here or may not have the facilities needed to process the applications; therefore some Consulates will process the visas on behalf of other Schengen States.
Most commonly, we assist clients who wish to take their domestic helper or a visa national spouse/partner on holiday to Europe.
Your passport should have been issued within the last 10 years and must be valid for at least 3 months beyond the date you intend to leave, and must have at least two empty pages.
Other than this, there are a number of other requirements to be met, and we are happy to complete the application and other required documents to ensure you have everything you need before we book your appointment and you make your submission.
